ORDNING&REDA launches in Sandton

Brandgroup International (Pty) ltd, exclusive distributors of Swedish luxury fashion brands Tiger of Sweden and Nina Jarebrink are proud to add exclusive Swedish stationery and lifestyle brand ORDNING&REDA to their stable.

The first South African ORDNING&REDA full concept standalone shop will open in the new retail wing of Sandton City on 10th November 2011 under the management of Brandgroup International (Pty) ltd.

ORDNING&REDA is a Swedish company that designs, produces and distributes a range of high quality paper, pens, bags, accessories, wrapping and more. All the products are easily recognisable by their pure and simple style, a typical hallmark of Scandinavian design.

The range is carefully worked out to the tiniest detail and ORDNING&REDA lives to develop each product into the ultimate combination of smart design and functionality. The colours, design and usefulness of ORDNING&REDA’s products make maintaining order of pleasure, both at home and at work.

Nitsa Comninos-Rose, Managing Director of Brandgroup International (Pty) ltd looks forward to introducing ORDNING&REDA to the South African consumer.

ORDNING&REDA’s range includes more than 1000 products and because they are inspiring and practical in work contexts many pieces are perfectly suited for gifts and for corporate customers to adapt them for corporate gifts.

HISTORY
It all started when two siblings decided to sell quality bookbindery products to companies. Over the years, as the interest from private consumers grew, the idea of opening a shop made its way.

The first ORDNING&REDA shop opened 1982, in Stockholm. At the end of the 80's, a strategic decision was made to establish shops that exclusively sold ORDNING&REDA products. The first franchise shop opened in Sweden in 1990. During the 90's ORDNING&REDA experienced rapid growth, expanding its range of products and opening a number of new shops. It also established its presence outside of Sweden for the first time.

Today ORDNING&REDA operates in 14 countries worldwide, with shops in major cities including London, Copenhagen, Oslo, Geneva, Antwerp, Vienna, Rome and Madrid. Each shop operates independently within the concept, but shares a common décor and marketing programme managed from the Service Centre in Humlebæk, Denmark.
Since 2003 ORDNING&REDA is a subsidiary within the BODUM Group.
