JELICOE STREET OUTSIDE ST VINCENTS

Approximately 2 years ago the council came and dug up the pavement outside St Vincents. the hole is apporximately 1 metre deep and 2 - 3 metres long. It still has safety tape wrapped around. I have contacted the council on numerous occasions as have Pridwin and St Vincents. We get no where but do we have to take matters into our own hands and clean up their mess??
