Spectacular fireworks and concert at St John’s College

St John's College in Houghton Johannesburg has a tradition that goes back to 1898. One of the newer traditions that has been established, and which has developed into a massive event on the Johannesburg calendar has been their fireworks display and concert fund raiser, this year’s event took place on Saturday October 2, 2010.

Families enjoyed a fun filled day having picnics on the grass and browsing the stalls, while children got to play at the game stalls, on the jumping castle and have their faces painted. They then settled down to watch a spectacular fireworks display followed by the band Crash Car Burn.
